Storyline:

This film is about a 16 year old boy, Jason, who struggles to come to grips with the death of his younger sister. While baby-sitting his little sister, Amy, one night while his work-a-holic parents are out, a tragic accident occurs resulting in the little girl’s death. He starts to slip from reality to another nightmarish world. He is haunted by memories of bedtime stories he had told Amy about other fantasy worlds. He continues to lose touch with reality as he secretly blames himself for the events of that night.

He does not notice when his friend, Lucy, reaches out to him in his time of grief. Finally he completely breaks down, confessing to her the details and events of the night which cause him to blame himself. He begins to see Amy again in a fantasy world and for the first time he is able to communicate with her. She tells him that he was not responsible for her death and he must carry on with his life and not blame himself.

His nightmare world fades and he realises that Lucy has been a true and valued friend.
